These work great if you have 2 controllers. Can charge one and then swap if one runs out. Easy to use and don’t take up too much room

I had Venom’s PS4 docking station for around 4 years and I loved it, so I decided to opt for their PS5 model over the official one after spending a number of sleepless nights trying to buy the console in the first place.So, it looks great, especially in contrast to the PS4 version (which you can see in the background of my photo - please excuse the mess). It’s a much sleeker design, and goes very well with the new console design. The fittings to the controller are very well designed and look quite modern, detracting nothing from the look of the also-very-well-designed dualsense. The main reason I bought the Venom dock station for my PS4 is because I went through a DualShock 4 controller roughly once a year based on the wire USB chargers’ wear and tear on the controller port. After having bought the PS4 one, I had my two controllers last indefinitely. The PS5 version seems provide the same level of protection; a long term fixture which will not wear down the controller port.I am extremely impressed, and very happy I purchased this. I continue to remain a satisfied customer and will buy again in future.I’m conscious that I bought this very recently (I’ve had it for around a week at the time of writing), so I will edit my review if I encounter any issues with the docking station.Edit 1:2 months later and the docking station is going strong. The only problem I’ve had is that I lost one of the dongles since I only had one controller originally. Now that I have the midnight red, I needed the other dongle - contacting Venom directly (via website) was a no go, after 6 weeks I still haven’t had an email reply so I ended up buying a single dock just to have the other dongle.Edit 2:6 months later, no regrets, still perfect. I actually ended up finding my original lost dongle, and then lost it again a couple of days ago. Oh well.Edit 3: 2 years later, I came across this again and thought I’d do a final update, lol. They’re still great. That’s it.

Easy change and charge for my ps5 controllers - they don’t get in the way of your fingers which is a plus as some do!

PSA - If you are using an ExtremeRate back button set this WILL NOT FIT. The usbC connector fits perfectly but the connection on the back doesn't meet up with the base,so it will not charge. Nice looking product and I can't complain about the item itself. You live and learn though.

Great deal, £8 for a dual charging dock! Looks seamless with my setup and don’t have to worry about charging my controllers anymore.

Purchased it for our son from his PS5 console over Christmas. Early days yet. But seems to be working well.

Easy to use and keeps the controllers neat and tidy. I like the fact the actual charging ports remain in the controller, as these historically are the weak points and usually the first thing to break. Just slide onto the dock, perfect.
