Accurate, Consistent, Amazing Value!
Now this is a bargain! This heart rate monitor connects easily to all three of my differently branded cycle computers on my bicycles. It is completely accurate and the battery life is fantastic. As others have said, you do need to moisten the black strip of the strap before putting it on your chest, but once you have done that and connected the little device to the contacts, it starts right up and syncs with whichever cycle computer I am using, or to my Cycleops indoor trainer. Why spend 2 or 3 times more for a name brand? This one is just as accurate and just as functional. I'll probably end up buying another one just so I can designate each one to a specific bicycle and bike computer. Amazing purchase, very happy!

Great HRM - Accurate, Small, Audible and Visual indicators
I have several HRM monitors and I also have the previous version from CooSpo, which has been in service for me for just over 2 years now. I would think this one will have similar, if not better service reliability.Just like the previous model, I was able to easily connect this to my cycling computers, MacBook Pro (For Trainerroad), and Strava and Wahoo on my iPhone 6. Connection is easy and as you can see in the picture, the ID is printed on the back to help you identify when pairing. The new design has a lower profile, which I like better and the white color is nice as it helps me locate it in my equipment box, which is black and full of other mostly black stuff - gloves, saddle bag, etc...Another really nice feature is this unit has an audible chirp accompanied by a flashing LED when it comes online. The strap is interchangeable with the previous model and a few other brands. I have purchased extra straps from CooSpo in the past on Amazon for about $12.00, and they come in color options as well.Testing it against 2 other HRMs, it seems to be spot on with heart beat rate reporting. I could not find any fluctuations or misreads in my Heart Rate graph on my Trainerroad workouts. If you are looking for a good and reliable HRM at a savings and comparable to big name brands, this is the one for you.NOTE*** Always put a fresh battery in immediately after purchase! I have found with my previous HRM and a Speed Sensor, that the batteries that shipped were generic and probably been on the shelf for quite some time. IF you have problems not long after purchase and did not change the battery, that will likely be the issue. Some of these devices behave glitchy when under powered. Also, I have found to have the best results with Duracell over any other brand.

Battery Life is the downfall of this device
I've had another lower tier coospoo heart rate strap for 4 or 5 years and that one has been flawless, although it does look a little bulky. So when my 349023th Wahoo HR strap failed I decided to go back to my old favorite, CooSpoo, and try this!At first glance, it's perfect! Looks cool, works perfectly, gives you an audible beep when ever you put it on or take it off, it's accurate, no dropouts.. it's pretty great! At least that's what I thought, but the unit is so friggin sensitive that it often still thinks its on your body and therefor keeps draining battery long after you've taken it off. So, it might kill the battery in a day or two if you're not careful. I did eventually wise up to the fact that I needed to disconnect the actual electronic bit at one of the snap points when not in use... but dare I forget to do this once then I should expect a dead device next time I put it on.This has been so frustrating that I ripped the HR strap off and threw it in a bush on a ride yesterday. I went back 12 hours later with hopes of picking it back up... but it was gone and I can't say I'm too bummed about it. I'm rating this as 1 star because I cannot ignore the fact that this thing keeps chewing battery life for hours after you take the thing off. I want to like CooSpoo and I may try them for other products in the future, but this HR is a no go from me.

Works perfectly
Very affordable battery operated HRM. Connects with my bike computers and my laptop for the indoor training app.Follow the instructions to disconnect one contact when not in use to extend battery life.

High quality device, concerned about strap longevity.. but apparently it's universal?
I have now purchased three CooSpo devices: a bike speed/cadence sensor, ANT+ computer dongle, and this. As with the others, the technology "just works" without any drama or complication, and also with no bells or whistles. A light to confirm it's working and a beep to confirm it has your heart rate are the totality of its features. I'm not a super data geek but the readings correspond to those I get from other devices. Syncs fine with my Garmin watch and Sufferfest/Zwift/etc.My only concern with this product is that the strap is just a 1.5" piece of soft elastic with electrodes bonded to it and a very thin metal bracket that the elastic hooks onto, like a larger bra strap hook. While no issue with it so far, I'm not convinced it will hold up to months or years of daily wear. Apparently the strap is universal, but time will tell.

Works great
I purchased this band initially over a year ago and it has worked great. Only had to buy another because my pesky spouse moved the monitor to a spot he “couldnt forget” and it is now lost. Luckily though, the price for this monitor is so affordable, yet still has quality too. Far more accurate readings than my watch ever gave me. Easy to clean. The battery seems to last for a long time as long as you remember to disconnect the monitor from the band right after you are done working out. The battery will not last nearly as long if you do not do this. On rare occasions I notice it had moments in my workout that it couldnt get a reading, but I really think this had more to do with interference from the band of my sports bra than an issue with the product itself. And this only happens maybe 1 out of 15-20 workouts. The app is okay, though I prefer my Sports Tracker app, which will still sync with this monitor. Overall, I am a very pleased customer and will continue coming back to this product if I ever need another one in the future.
