Excellent Pan for Perfect PancakesBefore this, I bought a cheap $10 pan from HomeGoods, but from the very first days it smelled like plastic or chemicals — not pleasant at all. This time I decided to spend a little more and chose a pan with a healthy, safe coating. I’m so glad I did!Nothing sticks, it cooks evenly, and the size is just perfect. No any strange smells. Great quality for the price — highly recommend for making pancakes or crepes!

The pan heats up evenly, ensuring consistent cooking. As for scratch resistance, the pan holds up well, though I’d recommend using care to avoid any potential damage.The only reason I didn’t give it 5 stars is because of the handle. The area where the handle attaches to the pan has a nonstick coating that can get quite hot. When it touched my arm while cooking, it caused discomfort and even a slight burn. This is definitely something to be mindful of during longer cooking sessions.Other than that, it’s a fantastic pan for making crepes, dosas, and other flat foods. I’d highly recommend it to anyone looking for a reliable, good in price and easy-to-use kitchen tool!

This is the most awesome pan ever. Not only for crepes but also for eggs and other things you might fry. It is a crepe pan so it is very shallow. Nothing sticks. You don't even need butter or oil. I usually scratch up everything. I have not managed to scratch this pan. Awesome pan for an awesome price.

Re-the ceramic pan for pancakes and it works great. And he evenly and is easy to use. With a little bit of oil or butter, nothing ever sticks, and it is super easy to clean. The handle stays cool, as well. This is a go to for breakfast in my house!

I like this pan BUT it's not non-stick. A simple fried egg sticks. I use a little cooking spray. I use it for omelets mostly. It's sturdy, easy clean, easy to attach handle. As you can see, it has a very low rim so you can't pour more than two or three (at the most!) scrambled eggs on it. Great for pancakes, crepes or two grilled cheese sandwiches. If you use some cooking spray or butter, you won't have any trouble with sticking. I think "non-stick" is a pipe dream on any pan.
