Simply put, don't buy this product, it's not worth it.
If you are looking for REAL Monk Fruit extract, don't buy this product. First of all, it contains Maltodextrin, which by definition means this product is not pure Monk Fruit Extract. Secondly, 1/4 teaspoon of real Monk Fruit extract will make coffee with milk taste Sweet. 1/4 teaspoon of this product in coffee with milk does not sweeten the coffee at all. I could not even taste the sweetness. This product is not worth the cost.

Pure natural sourced sweetener
Just what I needed as a health conscientious diabetic. Nothing included that on any of the current "bad for you" lists. It tastes great, only don't add too much or it can be over sweet.

Bitter taste, multidextrin filler, and not very sweet
This is not the expected monk fruit extract that I bought from other companies! It contains multidextrin and it's also brown in color. Very bitter! Not very sweet. I'm disappointed with bulk supplements for selling this junk.

My "sugar"
Yes that is right, I use this exclusively to sweeten anything. It is powder so you have to alter baking and it does not have a sugar taste but it is pleasant and sweet so does the trick. If you want to detox your body from all the poison sugar and fake sweeteners you use, try this! And FYI, it has aided in a significant weight loss!

Bulk Supplements 100% Monk Fruit Extract Powder
The monk fruit extract that this company sells is not consistent in its quality or flavor. The first time I purchased it, it was a medium brown in color and looked like dark tea when mixed in water. The second time it was a pale cream color and looked like a light tea color when mixed in water. Both had a flavor profile that was pleasantly sweet and had the added benefit of not causing GI distress. This last time I made a purchase, the extract is a dark brown and has an unpleasant taste as though the manufacturer scorched the batch, a bit like burnt coffee or roasted chiccory that got too dark. I would hope that they could bring themselves to make their product more consistent in flavor and color. It is not a comfortable feeling to have to take a gamble when purchasing this product in the future. I am not sure that I feel that brave.

Bad filler ingredients, garbage product.
Contains Maltodextrin, which is basically sugar. It totally defeats the purpose of using an alternative sweetener like this. Get your refund from Amazon and find a better product, this is NOT pure monkfruit, and I'm not even sure if it's monkfruit at all based on the total lack of sweetness.

Contains Maltodextrin
While certainly better than sugar, I won't be buying from these people again as their product contains maltodextrin, a starch containing carbohydrates which defeats the purpose of using monk fruit extract as a sweetener.

Great, but I wish it was a bit cheaper...
Monk fruit is a great substitute for sugar and I use it when I want to make a dessert, becasue otherwise, we do not put sugar or substitutes anywhere else. So if you use it only for baking or making desserts, then it makes it a quite expensive product having in mind the amounts that theoretically are used when making desserts. Luckily, we don't eat almost anything sweet, so we decrease the amounts of sweeteners recommended in the recipes, by A LOT.
