Pencil thin
I've used this mini pump for my drain and clean my water fountain and it's works well. I love the on/off switch. I've had the same type of pump for many years and worn it out but it didn't have an on/off switch which made it cumbersome to use, so I really find this option well worth buying this model.

Good pressure just loud
A little difficult to prime, but got it. I use this for wife's garden. 150 ft hose and two rain barrels, this pump pushes the water through with good pressure. However it is very noisy, I can't hear wife talking to me when it's on and I'm standing next to pump.

Total junk
Purchased this on April 26 and did not hook it up or use it til May the 14th. Used appx 7 times and it went completely out on June 10th. Fourteen days after the return warranty. Total piece of crap.

Small but effient pump I use to collect rain water for large garden does a very good job

Requires priming and consistent water flow
My old water mattress had a small leak, so I bought new. Via syphon, managed to drain a large portion of the water from the mattress, but with the foam fill, I'd guess several hundred pounds of water still sits in the mattress. Manhandled and folded it out of the bed to put in the new mattress.So I've got the old mattress in the hall, and need to suction more water out before it can easily be moved. Pumping would work. Found a pump that even mentions water mattress in the description. Perfect.Well, not so perfect. In the instructions, it states that it requires a prime. Put water in one of the hose fittings before using. Well, water bed mattresses, especially with a leak, generally contain some air. In fact, when it is crumpled into a corner, it contains a good bit of air. Air gets into the pump, the noise from the pump changes and the pump stops pumping.Overall, if using this for flooding, possibly a full water bed mattress, ponds or a lot of other continuous flow water applications, I could see this pump working fine. In my case, useless.
