I found that this gave me more energy and I feel like I have more motivation for everyday tasks. I do think you need to be consistent to see results though.

We like Dr. Amen's stuff. Very high quality and good potency. However, buyer beware on any type of supplement. Saffron increases many things in your body including serotonin. Some say it can be taken with SSRIs (anti-depressants) but each person should be careful. I took one full dose and almost immediately started having problems with symptoms identical to Serotonin Syndrome. I think this is a fabulous supplement because of the potential benefits from both Saffron and Curcumin, but each person should check with their doctor first if they are on any medication that works with serotonin or other brain chemicals.
