Crashed after 6 mos but seller refunded full price
We purchased this laptop as a refurb and it worked wonderfully, until it crashed after only 6 months. We were outside the return window at that point but I reached out to the seller anyway to see if we could arrange some sort of trade in on another. They responded quickly to let me know that they had no more of our exact model in at the time but that they would issue us a full refund. I understand things malfunction and I appreciate that the seller stood behind their product.

Battery Issue
Had the computer for a little and the battery will not stay charged, I have to keep it plugged in to use it.

Don't buy this product
I bought this renewed laptop with expectation that it will be at least good condition. But number buttons were not working and battery life is very bad. After full charge on the battery, within 15-20 mins usage battery went to dry. I felt its not at all good to buy this product because basic things were not working as expected. I would recommend not to buy this product from this seller.

The display is not 1080p.
The computers met all of the specs except for the display. They were advertised as HD which I assumed was 1080p, but they were 720p. Otherwise they were clean and like new. Still a good deal for the price.
