Q: Is it normal that headset vibrates a lot when volume is above 50% ? it's not that comfortable and have to leave it below 50%

That is mostly true because that's the technique it uses in bone conduction headsets. So this headset may not be ideal for music but good for , Zoom calls in your laptops, phone calls, chats and podcasts which is why I went for this. This vibration is not a technical fault though. If you are venturing to buy this, it is better to know the targeted users. There is a new model in their website which has slightly improved on the 'base' I guess but still any bone conduction, I would suggest the above use cases.
