Grains did not ferment
The first problem is that they were not delivered in the right temperature/cold pack.I waited 3 to 4 days to activate the grains but they did not plump up or become translucent. The consistency was like mush.On day 2 of trying to ferment my first batch as they were, nothing changed. The grains were basically dead.
