I found out about this from the internet, and decided to try it. I have GERD, and these seeds, sweetened with jaggery (a sugar cane from Africa) made into tea stops my symptoms almost immediately. I am very pleased. Smells like a mint and licorice together, but it tastes pretty good

Wow! I have gastritis. I used this product, and I can’t tell you enough that how fast it worked for me. All pain and bloating are gone.

Since chewing on 1/4 tsp of Ajwain Seeds on a daily basis, my gums are tightening up and do not bleed at all any more. When I pulled the bag out of the bottom of the baggy package it came in seeds flew everywhere I didn't even open the package yet so it must have popped somewhere along the way so I have a little seeds all over the bed can't return it so I guess I'm stuck with the package that was opened
