Can be as perfect as you want
I love this brand! Can be as perfect as you want - just add your favorite items. Whenever we make a pot roast I save the broth and freeze it in bags. Turns out with flavour packet this makes perfect phó broth! I also like a bit of torn lettuce and frozen potstickers or even frozen ravioli along with a dab of soy sauce and a pinch of sugar. I don’t often have cilantro laying around but when I do it goes in also along with sirracha or white or black pepper. And it is good just as it is from the pack

My little piece of Vietnam - so YUM
I live in a small town in Florida halfway around the globe from my ancestor's home in Vietnam. There's no Asian foodstores where I live; when I found these instant pho soups, I found happiness! They're like the instant ramen noodles, just tastier, and VIETNAMESE!It's not going to taste like a pho that has simmered for all day (the magic is in the broth) but with the right additions, it comes close.I highly recommend adding all of these ingredients of you have the time:Green onions, cilantro, mint leaves, bean sprouts, limes or lime juiceFor spices, add extra cinnamon, star anise extract, onion powder, ginger. Add some beef or chicken broth to the soup base for extra flavor. I also use half the seasoning packet to cut back on the sodium. It has a hint of heat, but I add sriracha sauce for more fire. Hoisin sauce for when I want a hint of sweetness. For a Thai twist, use some coconut milk in the base and add some curry spices! Becareful not to overcook the instant noodles, because they can turn mushy very fast.I can eat this everyday.

Good but slightly bland/slippery
I really liked despite two flaws. They're a tiny bit spicy, which is perfect for me, and the noodles are very good. They're pretty easy to prepare even though you don't boil them like you would ramen noodles. However it was slightly bland so I always have to add soy sauce or some kind of meat. The noodles are pretty difficult to get up with a fork or chop sticks. Like I occasionally give up and have to drink it like a soup.

I love Vifon Pho!
I usually get this at my local Asian market, but it is hit or miss as to whether they have them in stock, so I was pleased to find them online at a reasonable cost. This soup makes a quick, tasty lunch, at only about 200 calories. Add some beef, and you have a complete meal. (Try Vifon’s Chicken Rice Porridge, which is also tasty.)

Great flavor
Severely allergic to mushrooms and satisfying that this product doesn’t contain that

Kicks cheap ramen's ass
Once you try rice noodle ramen, you won't want to go back to 25 cent wheat ramen. Let's face it, this ain't pho. But at half the calories of cheap ramen, it's a great bowl of soup for a buck. I add a drop of soy sauce and some pepper. If you've got some veggies around, throw them in.You also don't have to nuke these. Drop them in a mug, add seasonings, add boiling water, cover your mug with the wrapper and it's perfect in two minutes.

Hope you like cilantro
May 12 2018 update: picked up a few packs from my local asian market. The noodles are now shrink wrapped inside the package and the vegis are mixed into the soup base packet. This means if you hate cilantro you cannot avoid it with this brand now. I'm sooo disappointed.A great instant pho! If the noodles seem a bit too hard to handle, slippery, always escaping the utensil, try breaking them into very small pieces before cooking. They snap easily and once they are small enough to sit on a spoon you can enjoy the noodles without chasing them around. I like to add a splash of fish sauce and sriracha, and if I have time a little thin sliced beef and spring onions. The latest one I bought had no cilantro/culantro in the ingredients and for the most part I was thrilled, except I did get a random cilantroey ghost of flavor in a few bites. If you hate cilantro, good deal! If you love it, you can always add more! All in all a satisfying, quick, and flavorful meal.Edit: After having another packet, I figured out the cilantro I was tasting. Eryngium is in the ingredients, which with investigation is culantro which apparently tastes really similar to cilantro. If you don't want that flavor leave out the vegi pack and you'll still have a great instant pho!
