did a better job.
My previous tarp for many years from a local hardware store, did a better job... as a matter of fact, this PVC cover doesn't even stay on in the wind. You "can't" make it tighter, whereas a tarp has holes and you can use rope through them to make it fit nice. ;) I presently have a tarp over the PVC cover to hold from blowing off "again!"
