Nice window
Purchased to put in my cargo trailer camper conversion. Works great. Only complaint is no screens, which is typical for port lights. So I made my own using the cut out as a template.

Great for the price!
I was replacing a porthole in my boat's head (a.k.a. my boat's bathroom window! :-) and this was perfect. Yeah the holes don't align on the front trim ring to the back trim ring, but this is designed to be screwed into place, not bolted in place, so the holes are meant to be offset. Do I think it would be better to offer an option where the holes are aligned so the unit can be bolted in place, essentially sandwiching the window to the wall? Sure! But I didn't design it and for the price, which for marine applications is easily 75% less that comparable units, this is a winner! Also, the window drain, a.k.a. the weep hole, will only work well if the window is installed in such a way that it's fairly upright. This means if you installed it in a boat wall that is angled, as most boats are, there is a good chance water will pool in the window frame. If you don't wipe-out or blow-out the water from the outside, you'll be in for an awakening experience if you open the window. The window seals nicely and the finger knobs are brainless.Again, given the price, this is a very nice unit.

My product was used for my ply board truck cap. The thing that I would suggest for anyone is to use sealant around the plastic where it lays against wood, metal, or plastic. Rain came down in buckets and the water seeped in.If you want the window turned around so that you can have the opening on the inside....little bit of water will come inside because of the lip. To avoid the water coming in when you open the window, use a rag, paper towel and wipe the lip area dry.Remember to use water proof caulking that is made for outside not inside. Make sure it doesn't crack, peal, rot, and is molt resistant.
