TravelonAnti-Theft Heritage Small Crossbody Bag

I got this specific bag because I had been on the hunt for something anti theft, has a separate pouch that can fit a phone (separate from the main compartment), is not too deep (items get lost in the bottom), not too heavy (will hurt your neck and shoulder over time), and not too big (again, things will get lost and the bigger the bag, the more I will fill it).I have gone through a Sherpani, multiple Baggalini’s, and a few Travelon’s. Besides the Sherpani, they are all bags that I would use, depending on the circumstance. If I needed a small backpack for a track meet or event, I would use my Baggalini anti theft, but it’s too big to carry around for everyday use. The sling bag came close, but it was also bigger than I needed and I had to dig around too much for smaller items.I got the dark khaki-ish color (on clearance), and while quite ugly (IMO), it’s very nondescript and unlikely to be targeted for theft. So that’s a bonus.It fits my phone in the front zippered section, my mini calendar in the rear zippered section, my keys and AirPod case on the outside connected by carabiners, and inside the main compartment I can fit 2 lip glosses and a lip stick, a pack of gum, a plastic case filled with floss picks, a tissue packet, travel lotion, a mirror, my Benadryl tabs, my coach’s pass, and a travel perfume. And I put cash and my checkbook on the inside zippered section.That may seem like a lot, but I have had a whole lot more in other bags, which makes them heavy and cluttered. Anyway, the size is perfect with room to spare.I also like the ‘ruggedness’ of the bag. It feels well made. Only time will tell, but I’d get the blue bag of the price dropped. And if they make a black one, I’d get that too.

First of all, great quality! The zippers glide so smoothly and never hang up! The green color is beautiful, and a strong canvas material. The strap is the same type material and durable. Excellent bag for traveling abroad and if worried about pickpockets--needed this for Paris and so happy I found it!. I love all the compartments and pockets, and that I can lock them in place so I don't have to stress! I love that it won't draw attention and is low profile. Versatile for daily use around town. Fits my travel umbrella cross wise, and has room for my phone, and other items like hand sanitizer and wet wipes, sunglasses, cash, cards, tampons (ya never know!), and still more room left to put in a small Parisian baked goody you saved for later. This size is perfect for being slightly bigger than a smaller crossbody, but not overly big and bulky like a satchel or messenger bag. It's lightweight, lays easily on my side, and so worth the money! No regrets!

Great travel purse - very sturdy and stood up to being thrown around with no problems. Love the security features on it - never felt like it was going to go anywhere. Good size - just right for what I needed without being over bulky.

Mixed feelings about this crossbody bag…. The fabric of the bag was not as expected; it is more like heavy denim than canvas. There are marks in the fabric, like nail scratches or having scraped against something. Is that because it was used and returned, or just manufacturing/handling? Either way, the purse looked like it would not wear well due to these marks.I was disappointed in the fabric, but not the purse design. The features of the bag (RFID, pockets, zippers and zipper locks, overall size) are fantastic for a day bag or travel. I would have loved this bag if it were made in a ballistic nylon material. Maybe a lighter color (I purchased and returned the Indigo (dark blue) would not have shown these same marks on the fabric, but I don’t have good luck with light colored purses. I’ve rated it 4 stars for the design and style.

Perfect size for what I need. Holds my phone, wallet, charger, and a ton of other stuff. I love how the zippers and strap lock. I like this bag more than I thought I would. It's thick and durable. Seems like it will hold up a while, even with my shenanigans.

Perfect size, lots of organizer pockets, both zippers can lock which makes for safe traveling. The canvas is heavy duty but the weight is light. I love the color. This color matches with all attire. Glad I purchased this!

I would give this bag a 5 star except for the fact that one of the material edges near a zipper was left unfinished, therefore it unravels and jams the zipper which is where I kept the passports, so very frustrating. Otherwise the bag is sturdy and has many thoughtful and useful features

This was a perfect-sized purse for traveling in Spain. I was able to hold a 12oz water bottle, small wallet, passport, hand sanitizer, mini sunscreen and sunglasses. I wore it cross-body but fairly high on my waist; there was plenty of strap to lengthen it if I had wanted. The zippers lock on the purse for extra security, which I used in crowded areas like the train station. It wasn’t too cumbersome for me to unlatch the zipper, but enough burden to help deter pick-pocketers. The grey color was fairly neutral, though not particularly exciting or fashionable. I will definitely use the purse again for traveling and would highly recommend to others.
