Sehr sehr gute Nudelmaschine. Einfach in der Handhabung ohne irgendwelchen Schnickschnack oder Elektrik. Sehr gute und schöne Verarbeitung. Klasse das es mehrere Farben zur Auswahl gibt. Einstellfunktionen für die Dicke der Teigplatten ist einfach und ohne Probleme. Schneidewerkzeug für breite und schmale Nudeln funktioniert hervorragend. Ist natürlich abhängig vom Nudelteig. Nutzt gerne das Rezept im Handbuch. Reinigung einfach gerne trocken mit Pinsel geht super. Relativ klein und gut verstaubar. Kann sogar in der Profi Küche eingesetzt werden.
