Q: Will this fit 2020 specialized roubaix sport?

These were the correct size (12 x 100) but the wrong thread pitch (1.5 mm). My 2020 Specialized Roubaix Pro (Roval CL32 wheels) uses a thread pitch of 1.0 mm. I had to send them back.

Q: Where is the 100mm measurement from and to?

The 100mm dimension references the length of the FRONT hub, i.e. the space inside the fork. Be mindful that this skewer has a 1.5 mm thread pitch. Some fork/frame manufactures use 1.0mm thread pitch.

Q: will this fix on the dura ace C36 tubeless wheel?

As long as you have the right length, I'm not familiar with the C36 though

Q: will this fit on my 2020 roubaix sport?

I think so, it worked well with my 2020 venge pro..maybe just measure out your current axle to make sure measurements are correct
