Dumd question but does the duck have eyes under the sunglasses?

No, the Derby Duck does not have eyes under the sunglasses. The sunglasses are glued to the head. I have purchased several of these and almost all have a week spot in the neck and the head kind of slinks down. It is still the only one I’ve found for this price, so I just keep blowing it up when company comes. Otherwise , Duck is in the pool with a drooping head.
