will this stretch to fit larger heads? i wear a 7 7/8

The tag says "one size fits all", the circumference of my skull is 25 1/4" and that welding cap won't fit on my heat without cutting off circulation to my scalp.

What material is this made of? Kevlar?

Why would you even ask that? It's cotton must be hand washed or its seams come a part.
