Counts can be returned to 0000 by turning the knob on the right. That is the only reset on this model.

Can you manually input numbers for a count without resetting to zero? For example, if I need to go back 10 rows and resume working.

This mechanical counter does not have the ability to roll the number count backwards. This counter counts one at a time: 1-2-3-4-5... Can’t subtract or jump ahead. The reset knob only resets the counter back to zero. I love mine - does exactly what I need it to do and has been very reliable. 👍🏻
