I purchased this extended warranty on a Nordic Track I bought on 12/31/19. I registered my Nordic Track on the site but is there anything I need to do about registering my warranty?

I cancelled the treadmill order from amazon. can i get my money back or can i use this for a treadmill i am buying from the nordiactrack site?

I think you should just get your money back. If you want to purchase directly from nordic track, they will not honor an Amazon credit and the prices are more than likely higher than Amazon.
