These have been a life saver since I've been pregnant. Currently 32 weeks and my feet get sore and swollen on a daily basis. I pop these on and my feet feel great just after a few minutes. Toss them back in the fridge and they're ready to go in about 15-20 minutes if I need another round. Definitely would have loved these my first pregnancy.

I get hot feet sometimes at night (not sure why) and I am so uncomfortable. I came across these wonders and let me tell you... I have HAPPY FEET lol. I am so glad I purchased these because they do help me keep cool. The Material is kinda like spandex. so that is also a plus. It doesnt take long to freeze. I would def recommend a 2nd pair or at least a backup coldpack. Size fits as stated and it is lightweight. Im def investing in another set. Thank you.

I bought these after I had a procedure on my toe and have had to stay off my feet and Ice the area and these are just lovely. I was having a hard time keeping an ice pack on there with just a wrap and decided to try these, they are soft, stretchy, long lasting cold!

I'm using this set while receiving chemo, to try and avoid neuropathy. The gloves are great, they stay icy cold for a long time. But my feet never felt even cool (and I was not wearing socks while using the booties). The ice packs in the boots are so small that any coldness was gone within about ten minutes.
