The chews are perfect bite size and really tasty. I like that you can personalize your dosage like taking one in the morning and then taking one to get a boost of energy and focus when neaded during the later part of the day. I also like that they are individually wrapped so they don't stick together and you can take one in you purse or pocket to go.

Excellent taste, great quality. I've also use the regular (not the Plus version) also. It gives me a nice amount of energy in the morning and after lunch to make it through my work day.This version with the Reishi Mushroom is nice when the weather's not so good and people around you are getting sick. Ever since I started a regular regimen of Korean Red Ginseng, it seems that I'm the one that doesn't get sick like the others. I like how it makes me feel steady throughout the day without any crashes or peaks like coffee or sugary drinks.

50 years ago, our coach had us use ginseng to help with energy levels before competitions. The stuff back then was absolutely horrible tasting. I was hesitant to buy this, I was looking for an energy answer, and remembered what we did 50 years ago. Presumably it's helping my health and my energy, I'm just glad it doesn't taste terrible and make you want to throw up. Took off one star because of the expense of this brand.

I received my first box a few weeks ago from one of my Korean friends. I like it so much that I have set up a subscription from Amazon. I love it, and I take it every morning. It helps me focus on my work and gives me energy. It has been an acquired taste for me. It is on the more expensive side, but to me, it's worth the money.

Ive been taking these for a while now and I must say, they help!! They make a big difference. I find myself feeling as if I have to drag through the day when I don't make these on days when I have to work. The flavor of these aren't to difficult to tolerate but definitely something I've never tasted before. I've always been fascinated in watching the K-Stars in K-Dramas take something similar to these so I just had to give them a try. I definitely recommend for those who need that energy boost to get through their days. I have a sensitivity to caffeine so these are a GREAT alternative!

Did not like the taste

I bought these in an HMart while they were on sale since they’ve gotten a lot of hype for their health benefits. I don’t notice a TON of energy from these, maybe just helping to prevent crashes midday after lunch, but I had bought a few boxes so I was using them since July until about mid November.Well, my skin had been improving the past couple of months and I honestly never linked it to these because I’d been taking them a month or so before I noticed a change. However, when I stopped these recently (for just a few days), I IMMEDIATELY had large, painful breakouts when my skin had been doing great for a while. Ordered more and since continuing them again, my skin is back to looking way better. Maybe it’s the antioxidants? Either way, I’ll be continuing to drink these daily!
