The media could not be loaded. Initially purchased this unit, and it was defective out of the box. Immediately returned it, and got another one in. It was easier to install the 2nd one, because I knew exactly what to do. The instructions are severely lacking, luckily it was pretty much plug and play. It works flawlessly, sounds great and is a huge upgrade from the stock unit. It does have a backup camera for cars that aren't equipped with on. It is a really nice unit otherwiseCons: this automatically flipped my drivers console to Chinese writing. Which isn't desirable, unless you can read Chinese.. At least the numbers still work..

I purchased this unit for our 2013 Buick Lacrosse's because using the OME's back-up camera on the screen was very dark. I paid $303. to have this unit "professionally" installed. The installer tried to pair many cell phones for testing purposes but no luck. The radio worked well, excellent back-up camera and a/c all work very well. However not being able to hook up my cell phone(s) I could not call, receive or text through the new unit much less play my music from my phone. I tried increasing the font size from default to large, large was to big but it never retuned to the default size. This wasn't just for letters it was for the entire screen, because of this I was not able to choose where air came from, floor, face vents or windshield. I had the original unit reinstalled. I'm out $303.

Has anyone had a problem when connected w Bluetooth,no audio from phone? Radio played perfectly but when I was connected w bt, I couldn't get any audio. This was installed on a 2011 lacrosse by,. Idk if it was a bad unit or just a common problem w these tesla screens.

I reached out to the seller who was a amazing, they answered all my questions with fast response, to make sure this would work on my car and they confirmed it would I ordered and got it the next day. the seller told me how to get the ac to work and ill add a screen shot of that part below. I am just super excited and forever greatly to the seller .

The product is great and works well for my 2010 buick lacrosse. Just need to have more instructions on how to use the apps and other things like mirror phone and how to change the language i had to figure some things myself and send a email on other things they response time is alright. Overall I enjoy it.

Waited a week to get this. Was so excited to finally have an aftermarket radio in my car after 6 years... Knew what to do to hook it up. Had it for 3 hours before it decided to take a dump in my car and leave me with nothing but Chinese writing on my display. DO NOT BUY!

The media could not be loaded. I have a 2012 Buick LaCrosse.. Paid $400 for the radio had to pay 300 to get it installed. I have no control of the AC nor any of the settings on my steering wheel. You can’t change the language from Chinese to English CarPlay when a call is coming in they say they can’t hear me when I use voice text it gets it all wrong so basically it was a waste of money.

I had this installed in a 2010 Buick LaCrosse CXL and the head unit fit perfect. Installation is really easy, had the factory radio out and new one installed in just under an hour. It comes with all adapters needed so no wire cutting and a backup camera was thrown in as a added bonus.Product Update: I found a YouTube video that showed me how to fix the dash cluster language issue.
