Nice bottle
Nice sturdy bottle that keeps water cool for long periods.Only issue is that it can be difficult to clean the mouth piece and this put me off using it as I was concerned it was becoming a bit mouldy even after soaking and trying to use a brush!

Faulty
Item was defective. Lid had faulty vacuum so liquid would not come up the straw. Message sent to seller requesting a replacement. No reply.I do like the bottle and it keeps drinks cold, useful handle

i absolutely love this water bottle - the strap makes it so easy to carry. unfortunately came with a dent because of their packaging as it dorsnt seem well supported in the box.

Great but heavy
Keeps my water cold for more than 12 hours but it’s very heavy to carry around in my work bag. Especially as I have to also carry a laptop. It also scratches easily

Broken and thirsty
The straw element has an air leak and it’s not possible to drink from it. Pretty pointless.

Arrived with a dent and scratches.
Received my order this evening and I am very disappointed as it arrived with a dent and scratches up the front due to a lack of protective wrapping. Disappointing considering the cost.
