Top kayak fishing pants.
Bought for kayak fishing, they're PERFECT! They shed drips and spray, but allow sweat to evaporate, they stretch to allow pedaling my Hobie. Lots of zippered pockets to keep your phone, keys, wallet dry. They look (and are) utterly competent. Not office wear unless you're a fishing guide, but they don't try to be macho either. Very comfortable in size 34 for me; I usually take 35.

Worked very well
I’m a tall fat guy and I was amazed at how well these stretched and fit. Kept me clean and dried fast. Really tested them on a few days canoeing on a muddy river. No sun burned legs, no bug bites, light and cool, just fantastic.

Loved em.
Nice material, waterproof for the most part, breathable, comfy. I will say I did notice some fraying and strands after a few days of use. Not sure how durable they are but so far they're not bad.

Lived in these excellent Water Resistant pants (in crazy downpour not waterproof)
We purchased these pants for our trip to iceland and just returned. We wore these almost every day and the weather and conditions can be crazy in Iceland. I tried them in the shower and they are very good at water resistance in 90% of situations but when a downpour you may want totally waterproof pants over these. They are very comfortable to wear and a little thicker than my other hiking pants which was great for us in Iceland and . camping. They are durable, wear well even when worn daily and not washed! Highly recommend but we did not find them completely waterproof and wore totally waterproof pants overtop when needed on glaciers and in downpours. If we had known how good these were we would have only brought 2 pairs of these pants each. They were our favorite pants. I am a woman and wore the men's pants fine. They fit true to size and have very good pockets with zippers for phones and safety.

Consider your use cases carefully. there is value here but they are not perfect.
The 30 inch inseam I got is running more like a 32 or a bit longer. The design is not particularly form flattering compared to more expensive but otherwise similarly designed pants such as Kuhl. But these cost much less too.The additional zipper pulls is too obtrusive for my tastes and reduces pocket security as it makes things easier for the pick pockets too if you want these for travel pants. The thigh pocket is more of a just above the knee pocket and tends to bang at my knee if I have stuff in those pockets. They are bit plasticky and swish as nylon can as you walk. They get smoother with wear though it seems. They do what I want them for however which is hot weather sun protection for walking/hiking/gardening while holding a big phone and such. The thigh pockets help breathability if you can leave them unzipped and not used as pockets. The heat gain in lighter colors is comfortable enough. And the bagginess is good for hot weather too.Of course the variability in human forms and the apparent variabilty in construction means your experience my differ. I would buy them again, preferably in an even lighter color, though I wonder then about staining.I would consider them for casual travel purposes. They are very light, pack compactly and are reasonably tough for their lightness.
