I have been wanting a can lid for our cat food for several months. I always buy the larger economy sized cans as it works best for 2 cats that we feed roughly every 4-6 hours. (Long story as to why...) One can can last them several days with the amount they are fed each day so refrigeration is a must!It was always sloppy looking & pretty messy to put the can into a plastic sack or zip lock bag. If we didn't wrap the sack around the can well enough or get the zip lock sealed just right our WHOLE refrigerator would start to stink of the stuff!I thought to empty the can into a plastic bowl with a lid but once again - it's kind of gross. As soon as the hot water hits the plastic it makes the smell extremely strong. What's more is that no matter how thoroughly or how many times you wash it the plastic will retain the faint smell of the cat food thereby making it useless for anything but that.There used to be simple stiff plastic lids for canned pet food sold right by the cans in grocery stores of the old days but the sheer variety has increased by leaps & bounds. Can & container sizes or shapes have made them obsolete. Naturally, I hadn't seen one of those can lids in years either but I had hope for finding something that would work here on Amazon. True enough it did not disappoint!After searching for pet food can lids & reading the feedback none had universal acceptance or approval. However this one caught my eye for two reasons. First, was that it was designed to fit three different size cans of pet food by means of differing size seals on the outward edge of the lid with each progressively getting larger. That meant that most likely it would fit the cans I typically purchase. Second, with this product including 3 lids of differing colors it meant that I could color code & start feeding our two cats from two separate cans because they each seem to have their own respective favorites. Naturally one of our cats, our Bombay, hated our other cat's favorite food so this was an ideal solution.I made my order & they arrived only 6 days later. I was VERY pleased to find that the second ring seal of the lids fit nice & snug onto the cans of cat food. No more dealing with messy bags of either type & I won't have to sacrifice any more of my dear plastic bowls that came with lids to stinky cat food. As it's just a lid it doesn't get terribly dirty & even when something does get onto the lid the silicone is easy to wash given it's flexibility.I can't say I've carefully smelled the lids since they've been washed to see if they've become permeated with the scent of the cats' food but they won't be used for anything else so it's fine one way or the other.For those looking for something similar; As long as you aren't feeding them some fancy brand with an odd sized can or strangely shaped container this is the perfect solution for keeping your kitty's left overs fresh while keeping it from making your refrigerator stink.

I love these. So much more convenient than using plastic wrap for partially used cans. They fit all cat food cans I've tried. They've held up very well over several months and are easy to wash. Highly recommend.

These covers work well as described for 3 sizes of cans. But the seller is missing a great opportunity, I believe, to sell many more of them. For example, I like the blue ones best and I'd like to have all blue ones in my two orders so far. I do not like the orange ones, they're too bright and glaring for me. But some people might prefer orange or green ones. If the seller is willing to change the options for ordering and make it possible to order all one color, I believe more customers will opt for that and probably will order more of their preferred color. Of course that will require a change in Amazon descriptions and the way to order the customers' choices, but I do believe that if the seller wants to make a lot more money and enjoy more success. -- and have more pleased customers, it's certainly worth the troubleI. I for one, will be glad to pay more for the options I've suggested -- the price is reasonable now and most mature, adult customers will be happy to get the colors we prefer. These lids are great to it leftovers in the fridge!

Nice, thick silicone. They fit all size pet food cans. They're easy to clean and they seal tightly, open readily. But here's what's really amazing: my local pet shops sell just ONE of these for $6.99. I gotta remember to shop Amazon first!!

I've been having issues with pumpkin molding faster than I could give it to my dog. I remembered using something like these when I worked at a dog kennel and, whatever brand it was, worked wonderfully for wet dog food. I decided to give these a try and they fit and work wonderfully!! I originally only wanted 1 but so happy I got 3. The bright colors also help make them easy to find in the drawer, which store very nicely as theyre so thin.

These are so cool. Perfect for cats owners who feed a half can a day, keeps it fresh!! The largest size fits a standard can so good for almost all types of cans! Easy to clean as well!
