Worked great. Fan was not tapped with same thread count so original screws could be used.

Works great and saved me $$$$ in service call.
My upright freezer was suddenly not freezing solid. Turns out it needed a new fan and there was no repair people available fast enough to save thousands of dollars in meat and fish.Ordered this from Amazon and it arrived fast, dry ice kept everything cold until then.Easy to open freezer back using a YouTube video!! Cleaned out freezer competent and took opportunity to clean and sanitize it after we replaced fan.Assembled unit again, fan is inside the lower back of an upright freezer, turned it on and tossed some meat and veggies in there on different shelves to test it. Works perfectly.I did buy 2 of these just in case one was bad, but will keep the second on top of freezer as a spare in case this happens again!!

Mounting Motor
This was a great buy and worked perfectly. But, the motor mounting holes were not threaded and takes a larger bolt than the original. So be prepared with self tapping screws or a tap and die set.

Did the trick
Our freezer would make a screaming sound every one in awhile that sometimes lasted over an hour, kind of like a belt on a car engine. We stuck in this motor and no more sound! We are relieved and so is the cat.

Appears to be the proper part, all numbers match easy install BUT it does not work properly
I ordered this part after finding out the OEM part was 88.00 plus tax and shipping for my Kenmore Model #25322042410 upright freezer after diagnosing the issue (failure to freezer the whole compartment). I theorized my issue was the fan as I could no longer hear it. Hoping it was just frozen from spilled water I opened the evaporator compartment and found the fan was not impeded by ice. Further checking revealed a faulty fan. Looking up the part, I found this. It look the same, (I did notice the back of the o.e.m was oval and this one was oblong) the mounting bracket matched, the quick connect matched. While the o.e.m. had two "white" wires and one yellow/green, this one had corresponding wires that were two "black" with one yellow/green. Upon finished connection and initiating the electrical flow by plugging the unit into the outlet, the fan immediately began spinning. Thing was, I could not hear it. The o.e.m. produced a quite audible sound and I could see the airflow (no, I am not blessed with super powers, I could due to condensation when I opened the unit) coming out of the top vent. With this one, I could not hear it. Thinking this was ok, I replaced a few items back into the unit. Before closing, I checked and there was indeed airflow, but of an extremely low volume. 34 hours later, (yes 34) the items at the top still did not freeze, the bottom however, was frozen. I called technical support, a friendly voice from amazon answered and informed me she was "technical support" and could help me. I was extremely pleased as it was almost 1:30 a.m. (where I am located). Slightly dumbfounded though, I asked her what I thought was a rather innocuous question, "Do you know how to work on appliances?" she answered, "I am the Amazon technical support person for this product". Feeling like I was talking to a politician I again asked, but this way. "Have you ever repaired an appliance?" She cheerfully answered, "I am the technical support person for this part for Amazon" Ok??? She then asked for time to find an answer and placed me on hold. About 5 minutes later she returned and asked me. "Have you checked all the screws?" Wha??? Feeling like someone thinks I am an idiot, I explained to her, even if the "screws" were tightened improperly, It would not matter, (this fan is not grounded by the screws") and yes, all the screws are tightened. The motor simply rotates far too slow. I again asked her, "are you an appliance repair person?" because if you are not, I appreciate what you are trying to do, but lets not waste each others time if you know less about the subject than myself. I told her I was not trying to be mean (which I wasn't) or rude (which I wasn't) and told her I really thought she seemed very nice and I would give her time to go ahead and ask more questions but if she did not know of an adjustment or more detailed information I was not sure if she could help. I really just wanted to speak with the vendor of the item. I was informed the vendor was from China and could not be contacted. Then the line went silent. I after a few minutes then realized she had hung up on me. So now I do not know what is going to happen next. But I need to go to sleep.

Doesn't come with screws
It doesn't come with screws the screws from original motor are smaller then the new one and it doesn't come with screws that fit new motor. It should come with everything in my opinion now have too go out of my way too find screws that fit.

Yes and yes…! Screw all my local appliance repair techs…
Perfect replacement part for my Kenmore “all fridge”…. I hang deer in this all fridge when warm hot weather arrives in early bowseason. Fridge fan would not run and my local appliance repair guys would not return phone calls. Five minutes to replace the bad factory part and I was in business. Fridge cooled down to 35* of awesome deer aging temp in less than 40 minutes. Very pleased!
