PRGRPortable Golf Launch Monitor

Amazing! I wanted this more for club head speed rather than club distances to start with as I was confused how I carry a 7 iron with 30.5 deg loft 165 yards consistently via trackman with SS 88-90 mph but my driver distance was poor at about 200-220, I thought there was something not right.This device revealed with swinging without a ball that my Swing speed with the driver was only 86-88 mph on average and 92 when I swung as hard as I coukd. The readings were consistent and correlated to the SS Vs driver distance on all the charts therefore I knew it was fundamentally something wrong with my swing technique with the driver.The next day I concentrated on the body moves and and mental image of where to release the club via internet and this device gives instant feedback what swing moves increase club head speed without the inconvenience of hitting a ball.In a 1 hour session experimenting, I got my swing speed up to 102mph and when I slipped back to old ways now and again, you can see the swing speed drop to what it was which shows the device is very consistent.I can't praise this device enough, especially at this price range and the fact that you can take it on the course with you too and it's so small and mobile. A must have for any keen golfer at any level. This device is not a gimmick!

Bought this to use down the driving range. Seconds to set up, switch it on and you're ready to go. Measure the swing speed of your club, the ball speed, distance with and without carry and smash factor. Use it anywhere, it's so portable it's unreal! Happy I bought it and I used it against a well known thousands of pounds machine and the differences were minimal.

The device itself looks ok but not had chance to try it yet but even though the description clearly says INCLUDES EVERYTHING YOU NEED: Batteries, protective case, and instruction manual, be aware It DOES NOT include batteries or a protective case ! so a bit disappointed with that as a case would have been helpful. The description needs to be updated by Amazon asap.

Really good product. Fits in your pocket and read outs very close if not identical to GC3 which I tested it against. Took it on the course for playing buddies to use during a round which was fun and easy to do. Would recommend.

I bought this initially to gap my irons (carry distance) and judging by the balls that land around the 150 yards marker on my driving range, the device appears to be pretty accurate. However when I first used the device, it wouldn't pick up any of my driver shots but when I tried this club again a week later, everything was registering and has done ever since.I feel for under £200, this is a very good launch monitor for the money and perfect for cheaper driving ranges which don't have Top Tracer or Skytrak. My only gripe is similar to another reviewer in that despite being mentioned in the product description, NO batteries or NO case were included.

Was really impressed to begin with but it soon stopped registering ball speed and carry. Attempted to remedy it and try different things to see if I was doing something wrong but it would just not work anymore. Ended up having to return it.

I also have more expensive launch monitors and initially I didn't like PRGR. But now this is what I use most of the times because it is so practical. Just one push on button and ready to use. The swing speed feature is what I am interested in at the moment and it is great for that.

Bought to work on swing speed with an Rypstick. It doesn’t work, but I think the issue is with Rypstick. Works fine when hitting a ball.
