This was a gift for our 1 year old, and it is such a fun little book. We have a previous book from the same series, and this is much better in my opinion. The elephant is so cute, and it does things that the reader can act out. Definitely a hit at our house!

my daughter really enjoys this line of finger puppet book. shes 9 months old - its just the right amount of engagement for her. Great for pre nap or post play time.

My toddler LOVES this book. He enjoys interacting with the little elephant. It's an easy read which is great because he still has a short attention span. I highly recommend this book and I will be getting more!

The media could not be loaded. My son absolutely loves this book and so do I. The elephant is so cute and I love story line for my 11 month old. Also it’s a great quality sturdy book. He likes to flip through his books and play with them (as you see in the background) even when I’m not reading to him so they need to be pretty indestructible. Also, it shipped very fast.

Cute book, arrived quickly. Puppet head is a little bigger than hole in each page, so a little hard to turn pages, but over all a great book for early learning. Pictures inside are colorful and cute, the puppet head has an illustrated body on each page. The simple story has a short rhyming sentence on each page. Young children will enjoy the puppet, it’s small enough for their fingers to fit in. Puppet is big enough to fit one or two adult fingers. Trunk on elephant is hollow and short but you can put your finger in it and move the trunk slightly. Was in decent shape for a used book and arrive quickly. Would have given it five stars but pages are a little difficult to turn because of elephants ears.

A friend of mine had her first baby. At her baby shower, she requested books rather than greeting cards. What a wonderful idea! You can easily spend this same amount on a greeting card. My friend’s nursery theme for her little girl was elephants. I found this also not knowing Grandpa loves puppets. Perfect! The book is cute and sturdy and was a definite hit. I’d recommend it. This review is coming from someone who started reading to their child during pregnancy. My son is now a newspaper columnist. All the books in this series are adorable. It's a finger puppet and bedtime story in one. Helps to keep little ones engaged. I love giving this as a gift.
