Bag arrived early which was a good point, as it was a gift didn't get fully opened until a couple of days after arriving, at which time when fully opened the shoulder strap was not attached, and the end to be attached was not in good condition, this had obviously not been checked prior to packing which is not a sign of good inspection,considering the price and the name I expected better, especially when it came to quality control. Having to return to the USA for no fault of mine, the cost of the return to myself I consider wrong.
