Does the shirt get tight in the chest area? I have man breasts and i try to hide them

If you can wear a random cotton T shirt in dark colors and it look OK, you could wear these at a similar size. I normally wear a size XL T shirt when I work out but it's way too loose on me to look my best in public. I can bench press my body weight (slightly under 200 pounds) and my pecs aren't pronounced in these (the shirt hides the shape pretty well). For the Pocket Polo I got size Large and in Navy (dark colors do hide shape to some extent). If you get white, light blue, or light steel (gray) you'd want to try same size and one size up and see which looks better (send the one that is too tight or too lose back). For any other color I'd stay with your normal T shirt size. The sleeve is loose on my biceps so there should be room there as well if your arms are big for any reason.

How long is the 3x from the top of the shoulder to the bottom of the shirt (inches or cm)?

I don't know about the 3X but the 4X is 35" from the seam at the base of the collar to the hem. After wearing them, they do run a little small but not bad.

I bought 4 of these polo shirts, have washed all twice, and haven't needed to iron any yet. All have come out of dryer ready to wear. Well satisfied with product. JON ELLSWORTH

Good quality and fit

I am a larger size so sometimes difficult to get a good fit with sizes more aimed at Asian body sizes. I ordered a XXXL and it fits my 50-52" chest perfectly. More to be the point, the quality is good enough that it keeps the same size after several washes.
