What color does the black dry?

It's a very dark gray. I used it on wide grout on a kitchen floor and it started chipping off within a week.

If I already used this in black and now want more of a gray, is that possible with this product?

I don’t see why you couldn’t just “paint” the new color overtop of the original.

I’m sorry I can’t make a color choice for you. I did my best to compare my grout color to the color samples on the amazon website and i chose ivory, but it looks more gray with the lighting in my bathroom. If you are trying to match grout in your bathroom you will have to use your best judgement from the online samples or perhaps the company will provide hard copy samples if you ask?
