Is there any information listed on sodium (salt) level for the sauce? looking for a lower sodium sauce.

I also watch my sodium intake, which is why I prefer a few items from the Melinda's catalog. It's definitely not that bad compared to some other sauces out there. I took a photo of the label for you but it's not letting me upload it for some reason. This sauce is 110mg per Tablespoon (5mL) serving. And with the potency of the flavor and heat profile, I don't often need more than a serving when using the sauce - often less. It definitely tastes a lot saltier than it actually is, just a heads-up. But I highly recommend the sauce, it's so good on so many things.

Did they stop making this in one star heat level?

Not sure on your question as I first bought Melinda's a few months ago. I do know that with their differrent flavors, you can buy Black Truffle which has a low heat level and is delish. Or their hotter varieties depending on what you are prepping. The Black Truffle has an excellent flavor that i use on air fried chicken wings if the dry rub is hot. Adds a wonderful flavor after wings are done. Put the wings in a bowl, add a little Black Truffle and toss. Since the wing dry is already hot, Black Truffle adds some more heat but more flavor than just heat.

Not sure. Should say that on the bottle or shoot a message to Melinda's Foods as they have excellent customer service for their sauces

The hype is correct.

Okay I read the reviews and thought it was over hyped. Received my bottle and honestly it's good on everything. We got a few tough guys in the review section saying it's not spicy. Nah don't listen to those neck beards. It's got a great kick, acceptable to a pepper chaser, too much for someone who just kinda likes spice. I've shared it with 8 people thus far. It's my enjoyable spice level, too spicy for some, but if you like truffle, it is deliciously rich on the truffle. It is so truffle rich that you can smell it on food from several feet away. Excellent flavor and balance. Put this on everything. Gang gang.

It’s not that spicy to my taste, but I have yet to find a single entree it doesn’t improve. This delicious flavor for that little calories is a big win for my diet! Also this price for truffle flavored anything is stellar. Get yourself some, no need to thank me

Great taste and heat - has a wonderful flavor overall

Love the sauce.... just wish the best buy date was a bit further out (when I got it it had 3 months left). Not a huge deal though because I'm sure I'll eat it all by then.... even if I don't these things always last for quite a while past the date.

Very addictive

So it’s fairly hot but not overwhelming hot. I put it on almost everything. I even took it on vacation. I seriously can’t live without it. Great on eggs, hash browns, hot dogs, the flavor is exquisite

Not what I thought it would be

I saw so many people talk about how good this is , I had to buy it . Opened it up , 1. Its not hot at all , no heat . 2. It doesn't taste good at all and leaves a horrible aftertaste in your mouth . Im really disappointed. If I wouldn't have already opened it , I would send it back .
