Stylish and easy to use
Easy to install and use. We purchased 2 and one came damaged. We got it replaced quickly. We have had them for months now and haven't had any problems. They are a nice sleek design and great keyless entry for any room. My husband set the codes but it looked easy enough. The instructions were pretty clear and easy to follow.

Want a secure, safe, combination door lock? DON'T BUY THIS!!!!
10/21/2019: At least one other reviewer has posted a safety issue with this lock, and honestly, I didn't "get it". But after installing one of the two locks purchased, I'll reach out to the company and if not satisfied, return them to Amazon. In my opinion, these locks are paramount to a death-trap for families of young children.HYPOTHETICAL:"You wake up in the early morning hours, thoughts foggy from your sound sleep, to an unusual smell and in the distance, your ten-year-old child screaming 'IT'S HOT, HELP ME PLEASE!' Instinctively you tell your child to run to the door and get out, but then you hear your child, gasping for breath between the tears of terror: 'BUT I CAN'T TURN THE DOOR KNOB. IT WON'T TURN!'"Yup, when this lock is in it's "idle" state, you cannot turn the doorknob to let yourself out despite the strength of the 10 strongest person's on the earth. Why? Because first you have to turn the little dial in the center of the knob first (surely easy to do under stress, fear-of-death, and sheer-terror...{sarcasm}), and that allows you to turn the doorknob and unlock the door.HISTORY: Locks nearly identical to this used to be sold by a company called "Morning Industry Inc.", with the same address and phone number as listed for this item. However, it is very easy to tell the difference: The original door knob lock assembly had a metal battery cover with a small screw. The new (junk) version battery cover has no screw and is made of plastic. Without much research, it seems that "MiLocks" has aquired "Morning Industry Inc.", and is now selling trash for product (just look at the other reviews).IMO, it appears that the engineering design of the product was significantly minimized (to reduce cost/increase profit), at the expense of customer lives, and as of this posting the company is listed as having 5 employees. Frankly, 5 employees are five people to stuff things in boxes and order crap from china/japan/Korea.But in fairness, I will contact the company after posting this review and see what they say. However, please be aware of this "internal locking" design WAS a problem with the original company ("Morning Industry Inc."), and they subsequently came out with a much safer always-open design, meaning whether the door knob was locked or not, someone inside could evacuate simply by turning the doorknob handle (no need to mess with the lock knob).I promise to update this review, especially after requesting technical support from the company, after this review is posted. It is possible that there is a mechanical setting (not listed in the manual) that allows the door to be opened from the inside without significant dexterity, but I'll wait for them to explain their product first.Otherwise? I CANNOT recommend this product and plan on returning the two purchased promptly.UPDATE: 10/24/2019I called the company and they confirmed that these locks are NOT intended to be used on doors that require emergency egress. Doors I could think could use this lock include a company supply closet (minimize theft), a detached garage side door (exit available from the normal garage door), or a storage shed/barn (places where people typically don't live in, and/or typically have multiple exits). The company offered to take my contact information to notify me when (if?) a safer version becomes avsilable. Both locks have been returned and credit issued.

Great Digital Lock
Item works great and easy to install. Had to install inside part upside down due to lock distance from dead bolt.

Fantastic Support
I bought this lock 4 years ago. The lock was great but I didn't bother to rate and leave a review, until now.I used the lock for more than two years at my previous (rental) place. The lock was solid. It looks nice, easy to install and I didn't need to replace the battery the whole time. Note that I locked and unlocked the door only about twice a week. Since I used it for my room, I don't care much about how easy it is to pick the lock. :)Anyway, I moved about one year back and just realized I lost the keys for this door knob. I went ahead and contacted the support via email. They respond quickly and offer me the replacement keys for free since I am located in California.Definitely will buy from this brand again.

Zzzzzz
My foster/adopt children have conduct disorder and keep breaking into my room, breaking my things and stealing money. I haven’t had a good nights rest in a long time. Thank you, now I can finally sleep at night.
