My toilet seat is sliding around. Is there a replacement washer/ gasket something so it doesn't move.

You could try adding thin flat rubber gaskets from your local hardware store. Ours slide too bc some users are obese and push the seat back when they sit. Continuously tightening the seat without mitigating will only wear it out.

does anyone know the internal measurements of the hole?

The internal measurement for the inner whole for the elongated seat: 11-1/2" and 8". And for the round seat: 10-1/4" and 8".

Can this be used with a bidet?
