Nice, bright yellow and the pile looks deep and shaggy enough to be comfortable on the bedroom floor! It arrived tightly rolled, so it's going to take a few days/weeks to straighten itself out, but that's not unreasonable. Additionally, a six foot rug for £25 is a price that you cannot complain about: if this had proved awful, I'd have binned it with a clear conscience and with hardly anything missing from the wallet. As it is, it's great value. It obviously doesn't look like a multi-hundred-pound luxury job hand-stitched in the souk somewhere... but I didn't expect it to! In short: if you set your expectations reasonably, this product can't be faulted. A second bedroom is about to undergo renovations and we are likely to purchase again, put it that way.

This small rug is fine for my utility room and very good value for the price. Nice colour too. It looks better after a quick vacuum, as advised. It does tend to ‘walk’ a little on top of my short pile carpet underneath, but as it is currently hiding a split and hole in the underneath carpet, I don’t mind repositioning it from time to time. Placed in front of my washing machine, so the extra cushioning on my knees when loading my machine is most welcomed. Thank you.

Very pleased with this rug. I was a bit reluctant to buy a shaggy rug as they're generally high maintenance. This rug is very easy to maintain, a quick vacuum and it's good. The thickness and functionality is good and comfortable to walk on. It looks great and fills the space perfectly.

A good value rug for the money. However any slight hint of moisture and the rug wrinkles up and needs weighted down with heavy boxes etc to make it flat again. My little boy spilt a tiny about of water from his cup,I dried it up straight away with a towel and the whole corner of the rug was rippled for days until I managed to flatten it out.

EDIT, Dec 21st: seller got in touch and was very quick to clarify their return & refund policy, and issued an immediate refund for the defective rug which we’ll dispose of in the New Year. Such a shame as it would otherwise have been ideal for our needs were it not for the odour. Giving 4 stars because seller was very helpful.-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-The chemical smell I mentioned in my original review became so bad that by day 3 the entire house stank of what I can only describe as diesel. Worse, our dog and cat had been laying on this and the dog developed a skin irritation from these fumes, so we had to remove the rug from the house altogether in the end. Even with the rug removed from the house for the last 9 hours our dogs coat stinks of the fumes and so does the house.We bought this rug specifically for the arrival of a new puppy next year (we learned with our current darling that an expensive rug + puppy = disaster!). We needed it for them to ruff n tumble on, be just thick enough for the dogs to sleep on and be cheap enough that if it gets ruined it’s not the end of the world.Things to highlight:QUALITY:quite thin backing, just enough pile though so good enough for our our purpose. As you’ll see, it’s buckled up in some areas as others pointed out but after 24hrs it is settling, especially with the dog laying on it. PREPARE FOR THE SMELL - it’s cheaply made and that’s reflected in the smell (smells like fuel from the materials used) this is also dying down though.SIZEthis is huge and we had to tuck it under our sofa (not a bad thing), so do be sure of your space first!COLOUR:Exactly as expected, even colouring all overIf you’re purchasing this as a plush rug I don’t think it’ll meet your expectations but I’d add that if you were to use an underlay it would probably feel a bit thicker if needed. It’s also very slippery so you’ll need a non-stick mat for underneath it unless you’re tucking under a sofa/bed/whatever. Easy to get from Amazon or B&Q etcAll-in-all it’s met our needs and will do the job it’s intended to do when our new puppy arrives so a thumbs up from me 👍🏻
