Yes, there were 10 plagues in the Exodus. Not 7.

Does it come with the frame?

The frame is not included with the Genealogy. You can purchase an 11x17 frame from Michaels or other arts & crafts store if you want it framed. I highly recommend it as it displays very nicely.
