Q: How long does it last after opening and in the fridge?

I had it in my refrigerator at least 3 months! It’s delicious on grilled salmon, chicken. It sure elevates the flavor of the dish.

Q: What is the nutrition information?

Well, it's mayonnaise, so you can probably figure it out from there. The info on the lid is in metric system - for 100g serving (which I think is somewhere between 5 and 6 tablespoons) - 745 calories, 82g fat, 1.3g protein, 0.86g salt and less than 0.5g of carbs.

Q: does this need to be refrigerated immediately or just refrigerated after opening? This will be a gift & must be hidden (not in fridge) for a week

I have tried this recipe before with just regular mayo and it tasted good. I have now tried it with this mayo + truffle and it is much better. Yes, it sounds like a weird combination but came across this recipe from a friend's bbq at his house a few years ago. You can also make it with a toaster oven has same effect.

Q: Love TH truffles on burgers but wonder, if amount of truffles in this is just 2%, is it better to make fresh mayo and add truffles to taste?

Fir my use I find it to be the perfect blend of mayo and truffle. A little goes a long way to impart a delish flavor. It’s great on turkey burgers too!
