Zojirushi SM-SHE48PABA Stainless Steel Mug (16 oz, PAC-MAN Black)

Wonderful product that is well made, durable, lovely bright color, and easy to clean design which is help to keep stains/odors/bacteria away. This is the second one I have purchased with the first one being about 7 years ago. I lost the other one in a move but I was always pleasantly surprised by how amazing the temperature control is. Easy keeps hot liquids warm to 7/8+ (becomes warm about 4/5 hours in)

Incredibly durable. I've cared the same Zojirushi 20 oz for nearly 12 years. Finally gave in a replaced the dinged and scratched favorite merely to clean up my act. It truly keeps my coffee cold from the moment I fill it. Sometimes, when I am returning home in the evening I can still have the last very warm sips to finish.Never leaks and is truly one handed for on the go. Fits easily in cup container slots in cars and makes a mean night stick style deterrent to anyone trying to get frisky late at night. All in a great Coffee thermos. Does ice cold beverages as well. Though I'd recommend getting a second one for just cold. Costs a bit more but truly worth it. 5 stars!

Love, love, love these bottles. I make sure to get the ones that are slicksteel interior so there is no harmful products on the interior and they are still extremely easy to clean. This color is so fun and I'm not normally a bright color person, but love this bottle. Lovely orange, mechanisms all work perfectly and keeps my liquids, hot or cold. It was a great deal as well! I have a couple of these bottles. Just gotta make sure you don't put coffee in one you want to use for other things. The smell comes out of most of it except the one rubber ring. Therefore, you should have one just for coffee :)

I like that my water stayed cold as long as a Yeti. The carbonated water in it stayed fizzy for just as long. When it's carbonated and you open it, it goes pop from it being a tight seal. It will be less so, the more you open it, but still is fizzy, just a bit less. I like it and this is now my go to for cold drinks. Could you make a slip on handle to buy for easier use due to my thumb joints being bad ? I got this one because it was slim and I could hold it better, but I'd still like a handle. Maybe the part around the bottle made with silicone so it has staying power and a wider, rounded handle for young and old hands. The price was reasonable for the quality and durability, and has been the easiest bottle to use. I don’t lose a cap, I just pop the button and it's ready for me.Closes easily. Yes, this travel mug does a good job in keeping hot beverages hot, and cold beverages cold. I bought this (& a different Zojirushi model) to replace a pair of older Zojirushi travel mugs that got badly damaged. Those ones lasted a good couple of years, even after getting dropped multiple times. It was until after they flew out of a moving utv and were accidentally run over that it was time to eulogize their usefulness, and I had desperately sought replacements. This was the closest I could find to the last model, and this one is the most comparable in terms of function & style. Pros: flip-top allows easy access to drinking straight out of your travel mug using one hand, size is about right (not too little, not too large) & keeps a relatively slim profile. Cons: not many, but those that have a hard time with keeping track of parts & pieces, it could be easy to disassemble and misplace all the fittings that go into the flip top lid (total of 4 including a a couple of small silicone gaskets that can easily disappear on your dish rack & before you know it, you've got a leaked spill all over you). Good value on the mug. It's not cheap, but worth the investment considering how well sturdy these products are. The outside of this one has already accumulated some scratches, but those are minor cosmetic scuffs that don't affect the overall durability on how well insulated the travel mug is itself.

I love Zoji mugs and I am glad I could find a Slicksteel one. I really wish they made Slicksteel ones in the same color as their teflon coated tumblers but this orange one has a sparkly underlayer to the orange so it looks cool anyway. I have always thought this design was really easy to drink from and superior to other brands that way, but the mouth piece is hard to clean and separating the parts each time is a pain. Do not put the mug in the dishwasher, you'll wear away the bottom sticker that covers the lead sealing, and potentially expose yourself to lead, just like with the Stanley cups. This is far superior to those though and will keep your drink warm or cold all day. Get a bottle brush for it because the mouth is narrow which makes cleaning harder. It also means you can't brew coffee directly into it with most brewers, which is unfortunate as you need the extra step of using and washing a carafe. Overall it is a most elite drinking vessel and I will continue to enjoy it, but it comes with those caveats.

Very good thermos! I had the smaller sized version and got this one on sale because I like the brand. No issues, keeps hot drinks hot and cold drinks cold. Doesn't leak, I even like the bright orange color. Recommend!

Why did you pick this product vs others?: Keeps my beverage hot for a long while. If my drink is too hot I just leave the cap open for a few minutes. Its small diameter (same as the 16 oz version) means it doesn’t fit snugly in a car cup holder. On the other hand, the smaller diameter makes it easier to hold and manipulate with one hand. Easy to disassemble and clean the lid. I like the minimal number of pieces. Though I wonder if the narrow diameter will make it difficult to clean coffee or tea stains on the interior surface of the container. Guess we’ll see.
