Taylor Swift Book Review.The aspect I found most informative about Chas Newkey-Burden’s Biographical novel over the life of Taylor Swift, was really the background story behind her genius. Often when someone gifted comes into the world, their talent goes unfulfilled due to a poor upbringing and toxic home life. Taylors parents, Andrea and Scott were exemplary role models and supported their daughter into success. I feel like much of the population that knows the name Taylor Swift, doesn’t realize the extent of her abilities. It is truly a blessing to the music industry and her presence will echo throughout time. I have a deeper understanding of Taylor Swifts background and an admiration for her parents who did an amazing job raising a star.The only critique I’ll add is, I felt there was more than one Author as the ending, emphasized much on her personal life which I felt took away from the main point of the book which was highlighting an extraordinary individual’s achievement in the music industry. Overall excellent.-Amazing Read.

What a magical person. So lovely, kind, and determined. She was going to be a success one way or another. The drive in Taylor is amazing. She was also lucky to have such wonderful and caring Parents. The true American Family stays strong. With all of these great assets, it is no wonder, She is the talent that She is today! YOU GO GURLIE!!!!!!!!!!!!

I enjoyed the book learning how Taylor Swift became what she is today. However, my 11 year old granddaughter loved the book as she is a great fan of Taylor and didn't know much about her. Its really interesting and how her parents sacrificed for her career.

I knew it was a sampler when I got it. It is well written and honestly I would like to read to the whole book, but it is a book I would not read more than once so can't justify paying the price for it. If it is available on the Amazon lending library I would borrow it and I would go to my public library to borrow it.

What a wonderful beautiful vivacious young lady. She is living the exact life I prayed to be living when I was young and singing all the time. Perhaps in my next life if there is one I will come back and be blessed to be a multi talented performer like so many other artists are today. They all say the same thing about how hard it is even with their persistence. But it is even harder when there is a lack of knowledge and support. Thanks for sharing your story. Much continued success to u and there is no need for u to worry about the small stuff in life after you have accomplished your successes you can do anything.

the book tells stories from another persons POV and talks about Taylor’s family and her inspiration for songs and guys she’s dated. “This song is probably about this boyfriend” nothing that hasn’t already been talked about online, nothing you can’t google. This book is in no way a diary or things from Taylor. It quotes her and things she’s said but no solid facts are in this book.

I chose this rating because I thought a great job was done to keep the story simple but detailed. I thoroughly enjoyed the amount of detail given in a short story. I would highly recommend this sample book to anyone who likes Taylor Swift and would like to know more about her prior to becoming famous. I would welcome the opportunity to meet Taylor one day. My husband bowls in Nashville once a month. Any advice on meeting her would be greatly appreciated.
