Are there dimmers that can be used with this product? I like it but I only need lower wattage, like 25 watts....

I would guess that a standard dimmer either the type that a re ,mounted into the wall one that would plug into the outlet and the light would plug into that would work. I do believe that the transformer that adjusts voltage to the 12 volts needed is in the lights plug. However I am not sure 100% sure since I have never needed the light dimmer.

How strong is the magnet? Will it mount to side of a mill and stay put

It's mounted at about 10 o'clock on mine. It will stay on the side, but if you bump it, it sometimes comes off. Overall works good, and I wish I had another.

What is the minimum overhang needed to clamp this to a tabletop? I don't have much of an overhang.

The Clamp on the Work Light is designed to accommodate a one and five/eights inch overhang (1&5/8").

Is this light FCC compliant?

No lable or markings on the unit it's self. So I'm not sure.
