Q: I have beige leather car seats. I want to make sure they last. Will this product work for light-colored leather and help them last longer?

I have beige leather seats in my car and have used this product on my seats. This product won't make your leather darker if that's what you're concerned with. The product is like a very thick, between baby oil and liquid soap consistency. When applied to the leather it will give it a shiny sheen on it. Typically, lasting a week or more. As for making the leather last longer... personally, it's really on where you're located and where your car is parked. If it's indoor most of the time (covered during the day and in the garage at night) naturally your leather seats will last longer. Oh, one more recommendation, don't sit in your seat immediately after applying this conditioner. Let it sit for at least an hour or so.

Q: How well does it work on scratches on a leather sofa

It doesn't work well on scratches at all, but not much will. It'll clean the surface dirt around the scratches, but any dirt embedded in the scratches pretty much stays there. There are other products available to repair scratches and abrasions.

Q: I am looking to protect my leather Frye boots from the rain and snow. Would I need to use scotchgard after using this product?
