does this clean at the same time like optilube? i dont see it stating that anywhere on their website or amazon

never heard of optilube so i could not say, all i can say is hotshot is by far the best diesel additive i have ever used, tryed many in the past no comparision to hot shot, im sure it helps to clean the fuel system, i get way more power when i use it, so its put in everytime i fill up.

Has anyone found sediment in the bottle? When I recieved mine there seemed to be floaties then after settling there is whitish sediment at the bottom
