Q: Can anyone shed light on how long the 5xl tee is? i am big and tall, and i'd like it to cover me.

It's not remarkably long, so you may want to wait and find a xxxl tall instead. I'm 6'2" and I would call the length regular.

Q: the white shirt, is it navy in the armpits or black?

The side panels are Navy blue. I wore my shirt last week in Kauai and it was great.

5Xl....my husband is a 350lb guy and 4x was snug. Wish i would have gpne with the 5xl.

I got 4x since they run small and I normally wear 3xl tee shirts. Lost weight and it very loose on me but still looks good.
