This is the worst product ever. On the very first installation they charged installation rupees of about Rs.1000 including stand. There is a seperate installation fees which I'm not aware of while buying. Next after 2 days if installation the ro stopped working again calling upon the service they asked me to pay another 500 rs for one single visit. After few days again the ro stopped working and the water quality was very bad it even burned all our throat. Again complaing they asked for 2400rs overall for filter replacement which is not included in the warranty. They said only the motor is covered in the warranty. They inner parts of ro system is made of cheap and local materials there is no copper at all as per given advertisement. This is a total scam and waste. Within 5 months of purchasing I have spent around 5k atleast for all the service and filter even after that the issue persists.After all these issues I have contacted 5-6 RO system sales and service shops near my area. Everybody is just thrashing this brand. Totally waste. All the copper filter is a dupe only local cheap quality filters are used inside, the external look is for attraction only but it is complete waste inside for each and everything it costs you a lot. The product is 4k but you willl end up spending 10k in a year for all the minor issues. Totally waste do not buy.

Worst item don't purchase this. I have purchased this RO at 25 may 25 and installation done on 27 may 25. I have used maximum 3-4 hrs and this is unserviceable on 07 jun 25. I have done complain so many times but nobody respond for rectification the product, very poor response by the company so don't waste your money to purchase this item
