I've purchased many CCTV dome cameras during the last few years, and with two exceptions I've been disappointed by the picture quality, especially at night.Initially these seemed to have poor resolution, but after advice from the seller, it appears the DVR is of an inadequate specification, so a different one was tried.With this, the resolution improved to what I would describe as good, however, the image is just black and white and no amount of searching the settings will (as yet) make them show colour.As far as I can tell, there is no way to change the camera type because they don't have a joystick in the cable like most of my other cameras..The seller has been helpful in advising so I hope they can sort out the issue because I would like to keep them.

Initial impressions are good. The camera image quality is good and has a wide viewing angle. It's easy to set up and connected to an existing DVR with no issues. Only installed a couple months back so wont be able to comment if quality is as good after a long period of time but I'm quietly confident it will be.

Had an issue , was quickly resolved good camera

I have a few of these and also a couple of the bullet style cameras as I was replacing the CCTV cameras that were at our house when we moved in which were terrible. The upgrade in quality is massive. I didnt know which to buy so went with the same brand as the NVR/DVR that I also bought. Very happy with the results. No real difference between this and the bullet version other than form factor, both useful for slightly different positions on walls/under fascia board etc.

This camera I bought for my house is an upgrade to 8 camera DVR from a 4 camera DVR of different a make so I could see how superior Sansco cameras were over the previous cameras they are wilder angle and clearer picture plus I have ordered more Sansco cameras to replace my previous purchased cameras. Also through messenger I have a very good after sales support who answered all questions I asked so recommend you select Sansco for future purchases
