Cost has gone up 20 since I bought mine, but it's still a good ladder. There are no quality issues, and it does what it's supposed to do, get me up there. It's light, and takes up very little room when collapsed. I would prefer it twenty dollars cheaper, but if whatever you are looking at is in the current price range, you can't go wrong with this one.

I was very pleased with how easy it was to extend and take down the elevator. It seemed quite sturdy when I climbed it. And it is light and easy to store

We ordered these for our inspectors that are of a bugger build. They were marketed as heavy-duty and had lots of features that make climbing on a roof safer. However, once extended, they are still quite "bendy". We understand that telescopic ladders will have more flex in them the higher they're extended, but these still felt too wobbly near the top. We've since upgraded to a name brand ladder for our "bigger boys" and the rest of the team uses these.The wheels are the shining star for this ladder! This is a HEAVY ladder and the wheels make it so easy to maneuver.We may end up purchasing these again simply because they are a studier telescopic design than others we've ordered, but just be prepared that if you have anyone over 250lbs... they still might get squeamish towards the top!

Construction is very good and it assembled easily. One negative to be aware of is that the steps are very far apart. For someone 5’ 2” it is difficult to use. Otherwise, very nice ladder.

Packed well and easy assembly. Watch an internet video as instructions are a bit slack. The 20’ is easy to extend and retract. No more dangerous to your fingers than a typical extension ladder. About the same weight too. 40 lbs or so. The roller wheels are very convenient for maneuvering the ladder around. When fully extended the ladder flex is SEVERE. Will be unnerving for many. Didn’t feel unsafe or that it would fail, and I was at the top for a good hour. When fully extended the upper rungs are literally 2” from the wall, giving little working space. When partially extended, the bottom rungs are a big distance apart. You can try to stagger them, which helps some. In the picture, that first step is 24” to the next. And 19” to the one above that. At end of the day these are probably great at the 12’ height but we’re likely going to stick with extension ladders for the higher work due to rung spacing.

This ladder is very useful for home use, but I think it is a little unsafe for commercial use, because the stairs are getting thinner and thinner, and it shakes a lot, so I don't have the courage to climb to the top. If there are only 4-5 steps, it is quite safe and more suitable for residents on the first floor.

The quality seemed ok until I tried to put the ladder together, but the bar to connect the wheels and foot pad was the wrong size for both putting the wheels/pad b and to connect both to the ladder. This sacrifices the safety of the ladder. Further safety issues was there were no directions on how to out it together. Thankful that Amazon has a good return policy and I was able to get my money back. The value of the prouct, the ease of transport and the functionality was never tested due to not being able to put it together.

This is a great ladder! Purchased to reach luggage rack on SUV! Works great, easy to move, extended and collapsible! Be careful not to mash fingers though! Husband was impressed with it too!
