I wasn’t sure what to expect. I was tired of pads and wet underwear with a lingering cough from bronchitis. I thought the idea of period panties was gross. I was wrong. These are awesome! They are a little heavy and uncomfortable at first. But sooo awesome to feel secure and not worry about leakage-pee or period! I will be ordering more!

They are very comfortable, and work well. The only thing that would be better is if the back leakprof panel went all the way up. It feels weird how you can feel where it stops.

Post-menopausal 2x female here, in an unpredictable potty-break career. Trying out a few different options. I really like the feel of these Hanes panties. I normally wear panty size 10 / 3x, with a pot-belly and these fit really well. Soft and stretchy.Very nicely made, very comfortable. They launder well, regular wash, tumble dry. No odor, no leakage. If I were still dealing with menses though, I would look for the ones with the barriers that go up to the waistband. Definitely keeping them in the rotation!

waist band separated the first wear. Poor stitching or design? One wear and into the garbage.

I am a large sized 2x woman. I have a large belly and don't like my underwear rolling down when I sit or bend over. Happily, these do not. They seem to absorb small leaks well but haven't put them to the test on heavy leaks. My only complaint is where the seam in the back is located or how far up the coverage is in the back. I can feel the back seam and wonder if it is visible with the leggings I wear. I am aware of the feel of the back seem and would prefer it not be there but it is not highly unconfortable.
