PROS & CONS of this mixer
I have had this mixer for a little over 3 weeks, and being an experienced cook & baker, I have to say I am impressed! I got this mixer based on the reviews as well as the spec sheet criteria. I would say unequivocally that this IS NOT a mixer for beginning cooks or inexperienced bakers. This is a heavy duty mixer. I make loaves of bread and dinner rolls, so I need to let the mixer do the kneading of the dough to save my hands/wrists (arthritis). The Kitchen Aid 600 Pro series did great until it started spitting black grease into my dough or batter. Plus it was crazy loud right out of the box. Certainly not one of Kitchen Aid’s finest mixers for the long haul. With that said, this new mixer has exceeded my expectations! I will try to cover the Pros and Cons in this review.PROS:It has a direct drive motor that equals a little over 3/4 hp and is so quiet - even when running on its highest speed! It exceeds the motors on both Kitchen Aid and Ankarsrum high end mixers. It has a light that shines INSIDE THE BOWL of the mixer. Ingenious! You can easily see what’s going on inside the mixer bowl. This is a huge plus. Are you taking notes, Kitchen Aid?It runs super quiet - only 42 db on highest speed (same as a quiet dishwasher) and this is great for our open floor plan house, where our kitchen backs up to the great room. A loud mixer causes my husband to not be able to hear the TV. With this mixer its not an issue! It kneads stiff bread dough without bogging down the motor, and can handle large amounts of dough, too. Just stay within the stated batter limits set in the instruction manual.Double handled SS mixer bowl is a plus over Kitchen Aid’s one handled bowl. The double handles make it easier to use, easier to maneuver about, safer to use without dropping it.Has a digital readout that lets you see exactly how long you’ve been mixing or how much longer you need to keep mixing for recipes that say “mix for 2 min”, etc. You can set the timer for two minutes and walk away to do something else and the mixer will stop automatically at 2 min. Also has a pause feature. The lock keeps the tilthead in the down position and stays locked - no bobbing up & down while mixing - and it keeps the tilthead in the lifted position until you put it back down. I can appreciate this feature.Has a designated handle on the front of the tilthead for ease in lifting or lowering the tilthead as you desire. A nice feature, actually. It is less than half the price of a higher end Kitchen Aid or the Ankarsrum - and it has a more powerful motor than either one by spec sheet comparison. It is also listed as running quieter than the above mixers per user reviews. I can attest that it is markedly quieter than my previous Kitchen Aid 600 Pro series mixer.CONS:This is a direct motor with a little over 3/4 hp. With this kind of power it also means you need to use extra caution while using it - and NEVER carelessly reach into the mixer bowl with this thing running. Running a spatula around the bowl with the mixer running isn’t a good idea either. You can get away with that on other stand mixers - but I wouldn’t advise doing it with this one. The motor is powerful enough to warrant a trip to the E.R. for those who decide not to listen and try it anyway. Just FYI.Please - Do not allow kids to operate this mixer unsupervised. It says that it has a metal housing - but the top part of the tilthead is made of hard plastic. ??? I wouldn’t call that a metal housing - as it is partially plastic. Will this plastic darken or stain over time? I don’t know. Guess I’ll find out the answer to that a few years down the road.Only available in one color - and that is cream. Not a “deal breaker” for me - but for others, it might be.It doesn’t have an optional glass mixer bowl for purchase. I did love the glass bowl of my Kitchen Aid 600 Pro series because you could easily see if your ingredients were mixed or if a spatula needed to be run around the bowl.

Beautiful, powerful, and very satisfying!
I am extremely happy with this stand mixer! The design is sleek and modern, and it looks absolutely beautiful sitting on my kitchen counter. The motor is strong yet surprisingly quiet, and it handles both bread dough and cake batters with ease. The large 8.4QT stainless steel bowl is perfect for making big batches, whether it’s bread, buns, or pastry dough. It’s very stable during operation and easy to clean afterward.Customer service was also excellent—friendly, responsive, and generous. They truly care about their customers.Highly recommend this mixer to anyone who loves baking! It’s definitely a 5-star product in both quality and service!

Beautiful workhorse
I was skeptical about buying a brand I have never heard of before but heard a lot of good reviews so I thought I would give it a try. This machine is amazing. I can make several loaves of bread at the same time and it never makes a peep, it has a fan built in so it never overheats and the lighted bowl is pretty amazing too. I definitely put it through its paces in the first 30 days to see if I was gonna keep it and I did. Happy purchase.

she is a bad B <3
if you're on the fence, buy the Zacme, it is incredible.I bake from home for a living and have been using a Professional600 KA and it takes a good long while to mix in it.I can make a batch of cookie dough in about a minute, KA took at least 5 and could only do one at a time, this bad boy will easily do 2 or 3.it is smaller on the counter than you might expect and actually takes upon less space and has cool features and I just absolutely love it.

This stand mixer will give KitchenAid a run for the $$
This is now my favorite kitchen appliance. I purchased the 8.4 qt because I tend to make double batches of heavy cookies and my husband makes a lot of bread. I previously used a KitchenAid professional 7 qt. This Zacme is far better than my KitchenAid.Pros:Quiet!! So quiet, yet powerful!I like the size, still fits under my cabinet. The dough hook, whisk, and beater are great quality, much bigger than the KitchenAid.I love the power, the timer, and pause features.Although they do not show it, it does come with a silicone beater which helps reduce the amount times you need to scrape the sides of the bowl. I barely needed to scrape the sides. You can purchase accessories like the pasta attachment, slicer/shredder attachment , and meat grinder/sausage attachment.Cons:Only one color option. Luckily the white, really off-white works in my kitchen. The whisk does require a lot of scraping the sides of the bowl. They need to make this whisk better.I would like to purchase a second silicone beater, it’s not available.I’ll update with some videos in the future.
