Easy to clean, fit perfectly on my Excalibur deyhydrator trays
These were exactly what I was looking for to dehydrate eggs. I use them in my Excalibur Dehydrator with my 14x14 inch trays beneath them. As expected these are super soft and flexible so I left the small grid sheets in place along with the dehydrator support trays for added stability and they work perfectly. I read some reviews that complain about the edge not being high enough, it is roughly 1/4" and if it were any higher I don't think there would be enough airflow between the racks to efficiently do the job. As it is I felt that the fit at the top rack was a little too close so I don't use a tray in that position when using the silicone trays. I also noted reviews mentioning that some areas pooled so that there were thicker areas of egg that took longer to dry and I did have this happen to some degree the first time, but in doing some research I found that this is usually due to the dehydrator not being perfectly level. I checked mine and it wasn't so I used cardboard under the dehydrator to adjust until it was and the next batch came out even. My chickens lay fairly large eggs and I found that each sheet held 6 beaten eggs with room to spare, but I wouldn't want to add more as it would increase drying time and I didn't want to risk making a mess in the dehydrator. The easiest way to fill was to pull the whole tray asembly most of the way out and pour onto the sheet at the dehydrator rather than try to carry liquid filled trays to the dehydrator. Removal of the eggs was extremely easy and cleanup is easier still.

perfect size for my COSORI food dehydrator
These liners work well with my Cosori food dehydrator. They wash up easily after use and allow for smaller items and liquid items to be more easily dehydrated. Love them.

Works well to make to make fruit leather but needs support when moving
I've used these several times to make fruit leather and they work well but these are so 'floppy' that they must be placed on a tray to keep them flat and prevent spilling of the fruit mash. The dehydrator shelves work well for this. The other 'skills' needing practice are keeping the tray level so that the mash doesn't run over the side of the 1/4" high side wall, and then re-leveling the mash to be an even thickness. Uneven mash is probably the biggest challenge to a successful batch. If the mash thickness is even, the leather dries consistently and easily peels off the silicone. If the mash is uneven, then the thin areas will dehydrate much quicker than the thicker areas and then become quite 'crispy' if left in the tray until the thick areas are dehydrated enough. I found it best to cut off sections of the dried thinner mash while the thicker mash continued. The trays are easy to clean and I store them in the dehydrator between runs to help prevent them getting damaged.

Great for drying liquids
A valuable addition to my Excalibur dryer. Previously I had made a terrible mess of my dryer when drying frozen elderberries, with juice and tiny berries going everywhere. The silicone trays fit nicely on the regular drying racks. The lip keeps the liquid and tiny berries in side the tray. I loaned them to my daughter who promptly ordered her own.

Affordable alternative to name brand
I needed silicone sheets for my 9-tray Excalibur dehydrator and was shocked to find them priced at nearly $40 for a package of 3. I bought the first set and decided to splurge on the second when I saw these brown unlabeled ones offered at close to half the cost! I ordered them and now have a set of each. These are my observations so far:1. These new brown sheets have rounded edges as opposed to the squared edges of the green name brand sheets, and the outside dimensions are slightly smaller so they don’t fit as snugly into the trays. That should not be a problem as the sheets have raised edges and these are actually slightly deeper than the green ones.2. The sturdiness and flexibility of the material is comparable. I can see and feel no difference between the 2 brands.3. These brown sheets are labeled “Made in China.” I’m not sure about the other’s country of origin.I haven’t put any of the sheets to actual use yet but my first experiment will be dehydrating eggs and I’ll try to do a followup review and comparison. As of now I’m very pleased with this product and will be purchasing another set.UPDATE: I’ve dehydrated eggs, flowers and herbs using both sets of silicone sheets and have experienced no differences between them. Drying time is the same as is the finished quality of the product :)
